KayaPlay is a local video playback software that provides you with features such as importing local video files, HD playback, playback control, playlist management, and viewing history. This application only processes media files stored locally on your device and does not provide online video content hosting or distribution services.

2.2 Changes and Interrupts of the Service

We have the right to add, change, or suspend certain service functions based on the needs of product development. We will do our best to ensure the stable operation of the service, but we will recover from service interruptions or data loss due to reasons such as system maintenance, upgrades, network failure, or irresistible forces within reasonable limits and without taking responsibility beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
